Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is for you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from polydeus.com. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to assist you. Please get in touch first via our contact page as it may be something that can resolved before returning. We strive to make everything we produce and send out to a standard we would expect if purchasing anything personally. Sometimes things will slip through our checking process and we will do everything we can to correct this. We're only robots after all.
Please note: We do not accept returns for Polydeus products not purchased from polydeus.com.
Item(s) purchased from polydeus.com must be returned at the customers expense in new, unused condition with original tags still attached, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund. To return an item or items for a refund just send to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation of why the item or items is/are being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
Returns should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package to the address received via email after a return form has been filled out and submitted by Royal Mail within the UK or for overseas customers, your country's corresponding designated postal operator which can be found here Universal Postal Union :
Using any other postal carrier service other than those listed above will mean the parcel will not reach us.
These rules have been set by our Royal Mail return address.
International mail rules determine that claims for loss or damage should be considered by the postal provider of the country from where the item was sent . Claims should be made by the person who posted the item in the case of returning product.
We do not exchange products. If you purchased an item from polydeus.com and would like a different colour, size or style, a new order will need to be placed. This is due to the nature of the small production runs and your new choice of size / colourway may no longer be in stock.
A refund will then be issued for the original item(s) within 1-3 business days of receipt.
Any item(s) purchased on sale or at a discount are final and cannot be returned for a refund. If we receive a returned sale or discounted item, we will either refuse the delivery or return it at the customers expense. No refund will be issued.
