COVID UPDATE ( 10-05-2020 )
Due to the current global Covid-19 situation some deliveries may be subject to delays which are out of our control and may extend the expected delivery times listed below. All tracked items will still work as normal, however depending on your country's current import regulations and postal system, this may delay receipt of your purchased item.
We are doing all we can to get your products to you and if you have any issues, please contact us at the earliest opportunity.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders placed on polydeus.com are processed Monday - Friday 9 am to 3 pm GMT ( excluding bank holidays ) and are shipped 1-3 business days from when the order was placed, pending payment authorization and verification.
We use 'Royal Mail Special Delivery' and 'Royal Mail First Class Signed For' on all orders with a UK delivery address. Overseas orders will be shipped via Royal Mail 'International Tracked & Signed', with the cost calculated on the total weight of the parcel. Some postage options will become unavailable if the weight has exceeded our posting limits. If you experience this, please contact us directly for your personal postage and invoicing needs.
After processing an order, each customer will receive a personal tracking number which can be found in your "Order History" after the order status has moved from "Processing" to "Shipped". When we have received confirmation from the Royal Mail that your parcel has been "Signed For", your order status will change to "Complete". After this time they will be held at your own risk and we at polydeus.com will not be liable for their loss or damage. Each stage of the order process will generate an email to the address given in the checkout page.
If you do not appear to be receiving email updates , please check your email spam folder and mark all "polydeus.com" mail as non spam.
Please ensure that the delivery address stated by you at "Checkout" is correct. After payment has been made for an item/s, we cannot change the delivery method or make any refunds.
If you are unable to select your country for delivery, we currently are unable to ship to you.
The information given here applies after the order status shows as "Shipped" and we have supplied you with a Royal Mail tracking number.
UK addresses : 1-2 working days
Within the EU : 5-10 working days
Rest of the world : 8-21 working days
All the above timings have been given by the Royal Mail and are the expected delivery times. We are unable to guarantee these timescales as items do get delayed from time to time in transit and customs for our overseas orders. Please contact us directly if you have any issues with any part of the delivery process.
PAYMENT METHODS
Payments can be made using either PayPal ® or Credit Card.
Payments made via PayPal ® Express must come from a verified account with a confirmed shipping address.
Credit card payments can be processed by selecting the "Guest Check-Out" prompt on the PayPal ® Express page. Polydeus accepts Visa ® ( including Visa Electron and Visa Debit ) and MasterCard ® credit and debit cards.
